Refunds and cancellations
How refunds work for reels bought from Plumlet (operated by DHARAK Technologies).
Before a reel is cut
A reel credit you have bought but not yet submitted for cutting is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Packs are refunded for the unused reels at the pack’s per-reel price.
After a reel is cut
Once you press “Cut my reel”, work starts on your footage and that credit is used. First we change it: tell the director what to change in your studio, up to 10 times per reel, at no extra cost. If you still do not love it, ask within 7 days of delivery and we refund that reel’s price in full. That is the guarantee on the front page, and it is meant literally.
If we cannot cut your reel at all — for example, the footage cannot be read, or the reference cannot be matched with what you sent — we tell you why and restore the credit.
Cancellations
There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits never expire.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the order or reel in question. Refunds are issued through Dodo Paymentsto the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
